Quote
Lunch will be very relaxed at the rather intimate Parklands Hotel, before 3pm at BURDEROP PARK, a unique opportunity to see the house that has been in corporate use for many years, but is currently seeking a new opportunity.

My interpretation is that the current owners would like to dispose of the property, either through sale or rent. I understand it is currently empty.

Who would be interested, and for what use, remains to be seen. It's not ideal office accommodation.
