hi, having attended the roadshow last Tuesday evening, I enquire if a legal appeal can be submitted in light of the recent court case and if this is possible, if there is a risk that the two options made may be reduced.
also, having worked alongside solicitors in material damage claims, I understand there are situations whereby the legal machinations can be put on hold while matters are reviewed, i.e. the legal clock stops ticking. Is this possible in this case and would this be desirable?
otherwise it appears to me that the 5 August date for a decision will need to be met.
