How many paid up members are there in the Halcrow Pensioners Association and how many members are there in the Halcrow Pensioners Forum now ( I can't find this in the website) ?
There are currently 106 members of the forum. The number of members of HPA (ie those who have paid a subscription) is in the same range - it's a moving number as subscriptions trickle in.
Anyone who has paid their subscription will be encouraged to join the forum so they can take part in the AGM.
