Halcrow Final Salary Pension

I'm slightly embarassed to admit that i have no idea what has happened to my final salary pension and was hoping for advice. I worked for Halcrow from Dec 2000 (until it was acquired by CH2M Hill) and accepted the offer to participate in the final salary scheme. I was a young and nieve graduate who didn't pay much attention at the time to the info on pensions. I would now like to understand which company looked after the final salary pension and if anything left could be transferable.  Looking for any advice please
